Ann Kubarek called the meeting to order. Motion to accept January 9, 2006 meeting minutes made by Arlene Ryan, seconded by Mike Trapani. All members voted to approve. Motion carried.
Scott Cameron and John Roberts for Central Auburn Imaging.
John Roberts – it was found that there was a need for diagnostic equipment at Health Central, x-ray, CT scans, open MRI’s, nuclear med and ultrasounds. We are working on a technical level and it is a high capital investment. We provide directly to the doctors in the building but anyone who wishes to can send patients in. Partners are Craig Foster and Mitchell Chess. The bulk will be simple routine procedures. The space has been built out and the equipment installed. It has been inspected by a physicist per NYS law. We will initially have 2 tech people, possibly 3 with 1 – 1 ? clerical positions. We are also thinking of doing PET scans.
Cynthia Aikman – medical services are part of our development plan to try to attract. They also have a CBA of over 5 and are being presented for Board approval.
Motion to approve the application made by Mike Trapani, seconded by Ann Kubarek. All members vote approval. Motion carried.
Cynthia Aikman – the redrawn map of the Auburn Zone has not yet been approved. Applications will be held for now & forwarded when it is approved. The proposed building purchases for Man-O-War and Johnston Precision have fallen through and they are looking for new addresses.
Motion for adjournment made by Ann Kubarek, seconded by Arlene Ryan. All members vote approval. Motion carried.
